I'm curious...
When was ELO's song "Rockaria" written ? Was it before or after "Bohemian Rhapsody" ?
I've been looking around, through Google, and it says the album that "Rockaria" is on was released 1976... but I can't find anywhere that says when I was actually written (meh, pathetic Google skills).
I thought I would ask here since I'm not on an ELO forum anywhere, and I've heard people here say the like the band.
Happy face :P

Is all the information I can find. It's terribly difficult - or impossible - to pinpoint when a particular song was "written."

Yeah... that's what I saw...
I read someone say this was the first rock + opera song.
I guess maybe "Bohemian Rhapsody" doesn't "count" since there's no "real" opera, but a mock one.
But as this was recorded in 1976, I would guess that unless it was written long before it was recorded, that "Bohemian Rhapsody" was first.

Meh. Curiousness. I guess I'll retreat to the happy world of pretty colours ...
