Wasn't that when he was drink-driving with the fulla from Status Quo at the Grand Prix or something. I slighty remember an interview when Roger mentioned the abundance of wine or something

yeah if you watch the second disk of the wembly DVD, one of the members of status quo talks about how they spent the night in jail. i dont know what it was for,but i think alcohol was involed. but yeah that happened in the 80's. ages ago. i wasnt suprized.
