Queen should have nominated a fan to cut bits out of their studio songs...for example take a night at the opera and the prophets song...if they had ran that by a fan, most fans (i'm guessing) would tell them to take out that stupid middle bit of 'people do u hear me.......' and tell them condense the song to make it into a great song.

I like that song (the good bits) but dont listen to it as i hate fast forwarding that bit...

Or another song for example white queen....piano would have worked better on that...i mean they could have condensed them into a short and tight song like john lennons imagine. Imagine if that song had a stupid middle section or whatever.

I'm sure there's other fans out there like me who think the same
What a silly comment, as most fans are not successful multi-platinum selling musicians, and not in any position to advise otherwise - and no, I do not think so.

I think you have been watching too much 'X-Factor'.
"Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make."
Different fans would want different things.

If everyone had at it, and they put everything that had not been cut back together - I don't think there would be a single tone left.
So John you'd gladly listen to the prophet song with those voices...like if you had to showcase queen for one minute and played that i think people would be rather disappointed. BTW people have good tastes in music and that is stupid

It's this amazing thing called "personal taste" - some people LIKE that part of the song. If you were going to showcase Queen for a minute, you could - GASP - make your own mix - you could edit existing songs. That way, you could have what you want, and other people could keep the original version.

Again, people have different tastes. I do not like Justin Timberlake's music - but some people think THAT is good taste and that liking Queen at all is bad taste.
piano piano more piano on later albums. songs like the miracle and even the show must go on (latter hasa great ynth riff but it would be better piano). Maybeeven Innuendo with a subtle piano instead of a subtle synth.
well ur wrong simple. that ah ah ah bit is wrong. being honest it sucks. nothing against musical tastes, jsut pureply on music...thats my personal taste buddy

If you are going to speak and you wish that people don't find you annoying, either QUOTE A POST or indicate to whom you are writing.

Also, try to make sense. If English is not your native language, fine - but you'll only get better by practising.

If I try to decipher what you wrote, I'm going to guess you're saying something about the "ah-ah-ah- people can you hear me" part "sucks".

It IS taste. It IS music - unless it's really a pair of socks, then I'm sorry, I was misinformed.

Thankfully, your personal taste does not decide what goes or stays in Queen's music. It is up to the taste of the song-writer.

You see, they wanted to cut "Bohemian Rhapsody". I heard John Deacon did a cut. Would you like that ?

Think about it this way - if you wrote a song and recorded it - would you want some fucktwat who knows NOTHING about the song or why you wrote it or the feeling in it to come in and make arbitrary edits based on their "taste" ?

Perhaps you should try creating something of your own. It may do wonders to help you understand the creative process and why some people just don't want "help" (such as someone else putting strokes onto a painting - different than constructive criticism which can be "taken or left") or some random person to screw around with what they've worked so hard on.
Queen songs don't need to be improved. They are works of art, each and every one of them.

you have not managed to make one single solitary sensible or well-considered post in your time here - my guess is it's because you are a stupid c**t
why don't you f**k off to "xfactorZone forum" - your banal and vaccuous utterings would probably be a most welcome and highly advanced change for a place like that - either that or ask "nurse" to increase your meds....
go deo na hÉireann The best QZ epoch: BG17-00 (Before Gerry 1996-2013)
There is one song that has to be improved by cuting a stupid part away:

Gimme The Prize. It would have been great if it wasn't for all the damn dialouge.

I've always felt the same about the Flash Gordon soundtrack.

My personal taste is that you should learn to spell and not hit the "Post message" button quite so much.

Nevertheless, "purely on music", I'd like to hear the underlying musical theory behind your statement.
