Today I saw a man asking people for money (he said he was homeless). I saw he had a lot of wounds at the size of small coins, some was smaller, in his face, and they didn't look like those you get from a fight or like burnmarks. I read somewhere that people whose HIV has turned into full-blown aids will get wounds like those he had. I think it was in an article about freddie that said they used make-up to cover them. Besides the man I saw was rather thin.
The thought scared me a bit, so I hope you can answer me..

It's possible.
Kaposi's Sarcoma. You can see it on Freddie in the Breakthru video and in some pictures. It' horrible.
If the guy is homeless and he has it, he probably isn't recieving treatment.. because nowadays it's controlled pretty well.

There are 1001 ways to get lesions. Anything from minor skin-diseases to a shortage of certain vitamins to full blown aids.
