Well, thanks for alerting me to these reports.
Maybe I had better say something clearly ! Contrary to current rumours, of unknown origin, Queen will NOT be touring in May this year. We will, however, be continuing our recording work with Paul Rodgers, with a view to releasing something fairly soon, perhaps towards the end of the year, but depending on how we feel about it further down the line. We're very pleased with the material we have put down so far !

If one wants to get pedantic, Brian only said they won't be touring in "May this year" -- maybe they'll be touring in June? He only discounted one month out of twelve and said nowhere that they wouldn't be touring at all.
However, it is looking unlikely that they'll be going on the road this year anyway.
