Diane, you need to learn to use Internet first, then you'll discover that using Torrents it's sometimes a bit slower but you finally get the file, especially if you find people like me, always willing to seed a file and help you finish your download. You can pay more for a faster connection but certainly you cannot buy patience, something you seem to lack.
