i've been asking myself, why on Earls Court and Houston 1977 and other concerts Freddie sings this part as "appappappa parappa" instead of original lyrics?

I don't know. He might have liked it better this way.

maybe he forgot these lines occasionally. Infact i have trouble remebering that line for some reason.
No, I don't think he had troubles with lyrics, I just think he felt better do it that way, no special reason...

No, he did forget the lyrics. There are a few other occasions of Freddie forgetting the lyrics, namely in 'It's A Hard Life' from Rio (I think) and several occasions of 'Need Your Loving Tonight' and 'Rock It (Prime Jive)' in 1980 and 1981.

Is that song on the MC King Kong or the Cheep Cheep Cooking Chicken level?

No he didn't. He did it almost at every show (if not all) where they did that song. Or Freddie had a black-out everytime during that song and especially during that bit...sounds like an unknown syndrome.
