Erik Charlette (some unknown liar) said Elvis performed CLTCL then Queen did it after. He said he heard it. What a liar. I hate it when people have to lie about things like this.

"The first time I heard this song. Queen was singing it. I thought no one else would be good at it like Queen did it. But when I heard Dwight Yokam singing it. It may sound like an Elvis song, but it is most definitely Freddie's creation.

I often warrant why Freddie wrote the lyrics: "Liar, oh everybody deceives me". After reading this, I wonder if he foresaw something like this?

surley the most important point is that CLTCL was written in 1979, AFTER Presley died (in 1977 I I believe!?!?!)

Exactly! Who fucking cares if these idiots think Elvis the pelvis wrote that song? 90% of people who know the song know who wrote it, they could just look at the writing credit also. lol. The only older song that even sounds close to the name of CLTCL is Frank Sinatra's This thing called love, which He covered that from Elvis too, right? lol
