Nice one ! Interesting comparison to the existing source, as the lead vocal sits on top much more nicely.

Well it's just a youtube clip but the speed sounds ok to me. You also only give it the same B+ rating on your site as the common and 'bit muddy' version and then go on to say it has a fair amount of tape hiss? My ears must be lying to me.
I agree, I'd rate it as A- :-)

Yep - listen in headphones. It's at a higher frequency, so you'll hear it more clearly that way. But it's still ultimately the better of the two recordings.
It does run a bit fast, but that's easily fixed.
