End of story.
He's probably jealous because Weird Al's version is far superior.[/QUOTE]
Add Coolio and Eminem to that list.
Turns to be that 'Lose Yourself' wasn't even written by Eminem, and 'Gangsta Paradise' is a remake of Stevie Wonder's 'Pastime Paradise'. Looks like Coolio doesn't want anyone to parody his parodies.

his voice is very whiny and annoying... my dad bought his CD, which was really weird. he gave it to me, and it is now collecting dust at the bottom of my cd bin.
I find the lyrics to 'You're beautiful' rather intriguing, though ;)
I listened to James Blunt's album. Then I took the CD, put it into a blender, and swallowed the shards of broken CD.
It turns out that listening to it on my CD player was actually more painful than eating shards of sharp stuff.

I agree that Weird Al's version is far superior...it's great :-) Another masterpiece of parody from the Master of Parody himself! **bows**
The following conversation I had with my Mom about this will tell you my feelings on James Blunt:
Mom: "I bought a CD the other day."
Me: "Oh? What was it?"
Mom: "You'll never believe it. It's a recent artist that is being played on the popular radio stations now."
Me: "How in the world did you hear about it? You don't listen to popular radio stations."
Mom: "Carmen at work had it on one day."
Me: "Oh, good for Carmen! So what is it?"
Mom: "James Blunt's new CD."
Me: **silence**
Mom: "Maggie? You there?"
Me: "Yeah, I'm here. Why in the world did you buy that?"
Mom: "Because I like him. Why? Aren't you impressed?"
Me: **clears throat** "Um...it's decent music to blow your brains out too. Not good for anything else, except maybe Frisbee with the disk."
Mom: "You should be impressed I moved into the new stuff."
Me: "At least the old stuff you listen to is good stuff...if you want to venture into the recent stuff, please consult with me first."
Mom: "Shut up."

I hate his voice and his singing just as much as I love Freddie's voice and his singing.
I had James Blunt around for tea the other day, and after he left all my flowers were dead and I had to throw out all my milk because it turned sour.
True story.

That wasn't James Blunt...was it? Honest now. You just have sour milk and dead flowers, right?
