two weeks ago I was skiing and my friend snowboarded over the back of my skis and since my boots didn't pop out of the skis i tore my ACL and 3 other ligaments in my knee
I'm getting surgery on March 7th and i am soo0o0o0o excited because i get to watch the surgery on a TV while they do it.
but that's besides the point-
has this ever happened to anyone here before?
and if it has did your knee go completely back to normal because i need to get back to basketball, running and skiing and junk ASAP
im goin nuts over here

In time you will regain use and mobility of your knee. I wouldn't go ballistic on it though.
