sharing music without download

Hello erverybody,

I´m a newbie in here, hope I´m doing right...

Í don´t have the possibility for downloading shows, could you give me a hint how to get to bootlegs (maybe there is a way of sharing by (paper) mailing)?

Maybe in another forum - in which one?

Why can't you download bootlegs?

Bandwidth limitations perhaps. Or maybe the man doesn't have a computer at home and he's using Internet at an internet cafe or at work. Some people just can't download and that's it.

I remember how frustrated I was when the QueenZone ftp server was still active. At the time I didn't have a PC at home and I couldn't get anyone to download the stuff for me. Now I have a PC and a very good connection, but the fileserver is gone. Thank God for torrents and the Hub...

Hello Tobs - there are two ways to get bootlegs without downloading: bootleg trees and swapping by mail. A bootleg tree must be organized and you need someone who donates the CDs. The initial sender sends the Cds to a member who copies them and sends them to the next person etc. You must ensure that people who are unable to copy (have no burner) are at the end of the tree. You can start a bootleg tree anytime, maybe someone donates some CDs to start with.

Swapping by mail is self explaining: you send CDs and get other CDs in return. You can start swaps with people on MSN, the chat room or register to queentraders.com
