I think there's a couple of brief clips of the video in full colour in one of the documentaries, but the full video itself was never released publically in full colour.

I think I saw a small clip of it in colour on a doc and I just stared and I was like OMG poor Freddie, I hate the video even in black and white because of how ill he looks.
