I've not seen that exact photo before but i've seen ones taken the same night.

Very sad - I wonder what it must have been like to be a Queen fan at that time and to see him like that - I'm assuming everyone suspected there was something wrong?

I think the only other pics of Freddie after this point are the ones of him in his back garden, not long before he died, that Jim published in his book.

That particular pic is not the same night as the Limo-picture, just the same suit, at least the same colour. This looks like around 1987. There are pictures of the 1990's Brits aftershow party, with Freddie talking to Liza Minelli and Bob Geldof for example, and he appears to be very, very sick at that point.
Guten Tag und Guten Abend !!! We had a great time in Cologne. Drinking beer in the sunshine beside the Mighty Rhein brought back many memories for me..... (Brian May, 2004)
from what i know is that picture from his last week to live.

INNUENDO 1990! FREDDIE WAS IN NOVEMBER 1991 EVERYDAY IN HIS HOUSE! He didn't leave his home.! THE PICTURE is from the BRITS 1990!!! For god sake, this is terrible, only questions about Freddie´s dead, THa last Picture blablabla. Are you sick? WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE PEOPLE WITH AIDS! GO TO AFRICA MAN! Jesus Christus! What a loser!
No wonder he looked so annoyed. I'm sure our man Freddie was more accustomed to a limo than to a cab.
