I know a very healthy and quite easy recipe for pizza: you just make the dough for the base out of cold water and wheat flour (must have a good quality), mix and work it well through (without adding any oil!); afterwards you leave it a couple of minutes on the heated WOK (again without fat or oil!! - oh, and heat the base up from two sides:)). Then you just put the pesto/tomato paste on it, cheese or anything you like and warm it up again a couple of minutes on the WOK - its really easy except maybe for the dough if you're making it for the first time... I just was in the mood of telling you this recipe - hope it works out for you:) - oh yeah, and the best thing is perhaps to make many little pizzas:)
