Because there WAS a Miracle and Innuendo album, we can count those as legitimate Queen albums.
Even if the group stayed together until say 1996, are you saying Miracle and Innuendo wouldn't have existed? Of course it would.
What if Freddie was still alive today? Magic Johnson has AIDS but he's still healthy, right?
Would Freddie still be part of Queen? Would they still be making albums? touring?
I think that if Freddie was healthy even with AIDS, he probably would be.

Innuendo, the album, contains many aspects about Freddie's bad health. It's almost a journey of Freddie last days. If he hadn't got AIDS, then there would be a different kind of Queen album. Innuendo is a very moving, dark album, with some very emotionals songs and beautiful lyrics, using metaphors about Freddie.
Sure, it is a legit Queen album, but it wouldn't be there if Freddie was OK. I think The Miracle could be there, maybe not all songs, but most of them for sure.

No, he went to Africa and got cured. He said it, I didn't.
Anyways, if they were all still going they would have kicked out Brian by now. John would have finally got that solo album out. Roger would have crashed his car and unable to play drums again. Freddie, well Freddie would still be singing Opera, of course!

A lot of people think that Freddie would be a producer instead of being a singer. In 1986 he said that he was becoming to old to perform ike he used to.
He would still write songs but for other artists.
I think I agree with that...

who needs paul rogers anyway. you cant even understand what he says when he sings queen.
the only good he did for me is that i got to see brian and roger from a distance.
(wish i could have gotten closer!)
