The Moons Gone Red

Anyone else see it tonight, something to do with the suns light refracting off the earths atmosphere.

I bet I know what Brian was doing tonight. :)

I caught a bit of the eclipse.

Unfortunately, I missed the best part. :-/

didnt even have to leave my seat.it all happened at the precise moment the moon was above my skylight window and for once when theres something like this happening it didnt rain!

crayons taste like purple when the moon is high

We were lucky that the clouds left a big hole for most of the eclipse, so I could take some photos. I think the eclipse is most impressive when you watch with the bare eyes and not a telescope. It's easy to understand that people in the old days were frightened by the sight o f the moone being "eaten".

I took a pic, but it looks terrible. The moon looks like a small and blurred red stain in the pic. :
