Seriously, "I can't burn ... using Nero" can mean 100 things, what about writing what's your exact problem ? (like error message, ...)

I strongly recomend that you download an excellent and free tool called VobBlanker. Load the DVD into it (the VIDEO_TS.IFO file located in the VIDEO_TS folder), set the output folder to some folder on your harddisk and let it process all VTS's.
