recorded from satellite last week during VH1's "comic relief singles" show.
For those who aren't familiar with it, the video has both Brian & Roger in it as they obviously took part in the recording of the track.
First up is the m2v & ac3 file - both of which need authoring onto DVD (for those of you who want to create your own compilations).

Below is a disc image file which you can burn straight to DVD using roxio, nero, dvdecrypter etc, so if you DON'T have any DVD authoring software, THIS is the one to download.

Is there any programme to watch an .img file before burning less than 200 MB on a DVD?

Have you tried VideoLAN? That program views pretty much anything!

I rather author the other file, then. For some reason the video is over 14 minutes long.
No, I never go to the English convention, I only go to the Dutch Queen parties. I am still in the hub all the time, though:)
VL just plays video files, no images, Bob :)

Barbara.
The video cannot be 14 minutes long. It's only a 180mb file.
why do you think it's 14 minutes?

I don't know why :) When I load it into TMPGEnc DVD author, it shows a file length of over 14 minutes. Most of it is just black picture after the end of the clip.
very strange.
i don't know what's gone on there.

Don't worry - it's easy to remove the blank picture. The clip is great quality, as yet I only ever had a very bad old mpg1 version. I am very grateful you share this nice quality, thanks again.
.img files must be mounted with Alcohol 52% or 120%.
This is great thanks, I also only had a really bad quality copy that I rather unsuccessfully tried to copy from VHS to DVD.
Do you have the 'Smoke On The Water' video that was done for Rock Aid Armenia, I think this was around the same time as The Stonk.

I do have smoke on the water, but someone had better tell me whether this is classed a "official" simply because it WAS released to buy...

Good point, I forgot that. It came out on a compilation video for the whole Rock Aid Armenia project. Certainly isn't still distributed if that makes any difference to the situation.

well, if the moderators are happy about it, I'll upload "smoke on the water", but until they reply to this posting, I won't.
