AOBTD does really sound like "It's fun to smoke marijuana" backwards. There's no denying it. But I still think it's a mere coincidence.
Why go through with all that trouble simply to produce something that you don't actually intend anyone to hear? Okay, I realize it might be a fun thing to do once in a while, but since we're talking about Queen, I'm sure they would have come up with something better and perhaps funnier that telling us that smoking marijuana is fun.
