Rowan Atkinson, to me, is funnier as Blackadder than Bean. Plus I think I might be the only person that enjoyed him in Not the Nine O'Clock News? Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Plus I must add the enjoyment I get of the shortened series of U.K comedies (less than 10) rather than the often excruitiatingly long U.S comedies (1 jillion...yes, that's not a number)

I'll see it when the movie first comes out in the UK, I think that's the 30th of March. Me and my friend find him hilarious, so I hope we'll have a right laugh.

Blackadder is just brilliant but Mr Bean is more the kind of thing I found funny when I was eight. Mind you I admit to enjoying his Bond spoof (Johnny English?) asking that old man what his part in the 'deceit and villany' was and getting the reply 'I'm the Hearse driver,' was just too funny:D

Mm, yes, yes. Bean was fairly 'fish out of water' humour whereas Blackadder...wasn't.

I think it's interesting that me and Dan are the only Americans to post in this thread...whereas everyone else appears to be British or Austrailian or Canadian, and thus you have easier access to British programing than we do here in the States.
That is just one of my complaints about living here...it has to be huge EVERYWHERE ELSE before it will get here because "we" are the center of the entertainment universe, damn it! *sarcasm used* Like the new Mika album! It's great! I haven't seen it in a single, solitary store in the US here, but I can't wait until it actually does get out here.
Actually, I have to thank Dr. Daybell, my British history prof a few years ago, for introducing me to Black Adder. He brought it in one day for class, and I fell in love with it.
When does this movie come out? Anyone know?

he recorded a tv show at my old place of work.it was called worlds most horrible jobs or something?
