I would imagine there was more than one robe and more than one crown in case of tour damage. I can't remember what dvd it is on, but the crown is dropped at the end when the band is taking their bows, and it rolls off stage, and John dashes over to retrieve it and picks it up. It had to be the Magic Tour.
