red special for sale

saw a guild red special tonight in a second hand guitar shop in berlin for 1100 € and wondered if this is a good price or not. are there different editions ? and how can i identify them ? hope this will not give me a sleepless night. thanks T

thanks, i read the article and compared the two pictures i took yesterday to the pictures in the web and they look different. there is no tremolo arm and the pickups are in a different position. i rang the guy from the guitar shop and he told me that a guy from usa is selling this guitar and that it is a special edition and the serial number starts with an 3. he was really unfriendly. so actually i don´t know anything now. can i mail you the two picture i took, adam??

thanks barbara. i´ve been there before but now i can identify the guitar in the shop as the Brian May Special BM02 but with silver pickups and a white bordered body. so my question again to all experts:
is this a cool guitar? and is 1100 Euros a good price for it? i only saw this guitar from outside the shop and i saw a little mark on the head but otherwise it looked ok. i am not really sure if i wanna buy it so if someone else is interessted i can give him/her the number/ adress of the shop.
