Now who the hell is Mika? Am I missing out on something?
Creativity can always cover for a lack of knowledge.

Mika, a one- hit wonder? The man's debut album hasn't even been released yet ( at least not in the USA ), and he already has a hit. Some musicians never even make the charts. Pffft.

And I doubt you have any evidence that backs up your opinion that he won't make it past his second album. The notion of a rather closed- minded and ignorant love for Freddie put aside, of course.

He sounds more like Justin Hawkins formally of The Darkness. I love both. I'm getting Mika's CD tomorrow and I really wanted to go to a signing he's doing in Hollywood tonight, but no one will take me :(
To me, if he sounds like anyone, it's Styx's Dennis DeYoung.

freddie sounds like...freddie!no one can copy him and shouldnt try!he did more than anybody!
yeh, don't worry, I like Mika too, I like his music but I just wouldn't compare him to Freddie as people have done. I have Mika's album, and it rocks!!!
i agree there is never going to be another Freddie!!!! he was one heck of a guy and i think mika's career has been slightly put off by people comparing him to Freddie...i can see the simalarity, but it means nothing.
