I'm glad it was online, I don't have British TV. I think it was quite nice.
Little Delilah
Some nice little bits in the show for Brian. Some nice little in-jokes for the Queen crowd, too. Liked the story bit about Roger caught in the atmosphere!

lol

Adam.
Cheers yv thanks for this i forgot to watch it.

nice one.
Yes we'll keep on tryin we'll tread that fine line oh oh we'll keep on tryin till the end of time till the end of time.
I did record it, but I need to wait until my other half has watched Desperate housewives, ER, and some Sherlock Holmes thing before I can get near the recorder...

...I think Panasonic made it too easy to use...
i watched it last night on auntie beeb and found it cringingly bad.the show is well past its sell by date and needs a major overhaul.patrick moore should be sent to the tv knackers yard with Brucie and Wogan.Brian looked completely out of his depth trying to be witty and the reference to roger floating in space was just nonsense.
it looked like a promotion vehicle for anything 'brian'[note the wwry posters and other crap] and did he need to mention the guitar?,all it needed was a framed picture of paul rodgers on the wall and the lovein would of been complete.
i doubt if patrick had a clue what was going on.no wonder the bbc refused to put it on at a reasonable time,a waste of my licence fee money!

Thanks for this!
Wo ist das kamerahhhhhhhhhhh!!! NJ!!!
We will wait, Mylord:)
I do not want any google ads here.
I have watched it, and I doubt it's representative of the programme usually, as there's no way anything that self-indulgent would have survived so long. One could make the point that Sir PM has earned the right to be so, but it didn't look like him that was being indulged....

Brian's wig was well done, the panning around the room to his mementoes was hamfisted beyond belief, I can't think of anything else, it didn't turn me on to astronomy though....
Ah.. some people just don't get the little jokes. :D That room was well set..!

Yeah are we the only two who have a sense of humour
Two and a half then: I'm not British so I think I missed half of the jokes, but the half I got was really nice and clever and made me smile if not laugh. I love that kind of silly understated humour.
