South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, having already offended almost everyone in America, have exported their outrageousness overseas, where the British are expressing indignation over a recent episode of the animated series depicting the Queen committing suicide. Although the show has not yet been broadcast in the U.K., word of the American broadcast last week has teed off British bloggers. "Tasteless, no other way to describe that show. ... It's such trash," wrote one. Another described it as "cruel humor." A spokesperson for Comedy Central, which produced the show, told the London daily Mirror, "South Park has never shied away from offending people in the name of comedy. Nobody is off-limits."
And how is this related to the band Queen?
"On the first day Pim & Niek created a heavenly occupation. Pim & Niek blessed it and named it 'Loosch'." (Genesis 1:1)
I seem to recall an incident in Australia over thirty years ago where the band were mistaken for the Queen of England. It seems we've come full circle. The irony of it all...

I'm as mad as HELL, and I'm not going to take this anymore!

Are we?
First I knew of it.
I would wager that the average punter in UK streets have more serious things to worry over - and don't give a damn!
"Listen to them. Children of the night. What music they make."
Like a shoe shine.
...this kettle is boiling over... ...one dump...one turd...two tits...John Deacon... ...one prawn...one shrimp...one clam...one chicken!
The whole show's comedy routine is based entirely off of shock value and offending people, rather than wit and creativity. I can't see how this would surprise people. I mean, it's absolutely humorous until you're the one targeted, and then it just becomes a matter of how well you take a joke.
Creativity can always cover for a lack of knowledge.
