i think it's on the greatest video hits 2, you can buy or download the dvd.

The demo isn't on the DVD, which, by the way, you shouldn't download.

The easter egg on Greatest Video Hits II is Who wants to live forever by Ian and Belinda. However the song sung by Louisa is on the B-side of the vinyl of this album. (Thanks e-bay)
