Hello, I came across this little gem on YouTube last night. It's two early versions of two Freddie Mercury songs, cleverly merged into one. I'd love to get hold of the first track in MP3 format & other alternative versions also. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm a newbie you see.

Buy the Freddie Mercury box set if you are intersted in them. The other song is 'Living On My Own' but the demo... with alt lyrics (Always On My Own)
"Please buy my upcoming album... I need the money"
Maybe it's just late and I am in a bad mood....

Do we really need a thread for every find that somebody makes on Youtube??

I don't believe we do. We've already got a great little thread in General Discussion: http://www.queenzone.com/queenzone/forumnew/forum_topic_view.aspx?Q=976809 , where Barb has asked that we kindly post our YouTube discoveries...
Ahh, awfully sorry chaps.. I wasn't aware of this. I'll use that from now on. Carry on regardless & thanks for the advice.

well said. I agree.
How's this for a little suggestion, how about a section within the forum clearly labelled 'Barbs YouTube Discoveries'. It might save people posting in the wrong place.
How about you look for the sticky YouTube thread already in existence?
Hmm, yeh that sounds logical. I'll visit a forum that I've never visited before & look for a section that isn't labelled & that I don't even know exsists. Yer tosser!
All you need to do is go to the general forum section and it's right at the TOP of the page. How difficult is that?

And there's no need to be rude about being pushed in that direction. This is the serious discussion forum and you should realise that these kind of threads push down proper discussions. Very annoying for those trying to follow something on here. The General forum was made for things like this thread and even now it's changed so that if it's a youtube posting, it should live in one thread rather than hundreds.

Recognise that if you're being told all this, there's a very good reason. It's their forum and site, not yours. And you have to respect the rules here.

Adam.
Yeh I realise that, what about just a simple message like.. "It's in the wrong section this, please post over here in future" instead of all this hostility.

Anyway, sorry to clog up your channel for 'serious discussion' lol
I move this to the "General Forum"
I deleted the other thread which was deliberately posted in the wrong forum.
I do not want any google ads here.
