Freddie actually looks a lot like the "Irano-Afgan" (not surprising) archetype I've seen in a drawing reference.
Mika actually does look much like the Levantine archetype (another big shock).
Brian has a big nose. And Roger looks like a girl.
They're not really that similar.
Their noses are different. Mika's is wider - and differently shaped in general - Mika's gets wider while Freddie's is very thin and appears to get thinner, even. Brian's has a "hook" shape (and it's thin). Roger's nose was different, too. His nose is most like JOHN DEACON'S (but they're not the same).
Mika's lips are tons fuller (he's got a cupid's bow going on for heaven's sake). Freddie's mouth was thin and wide. Brian has little lips. Roger had little lips, too. They're closest to ANGELINA JOLIE'S.
They have different chin shapes. Though Mika has strong jaw-line, Freddie's was "stonger" - more square. And Freddie just had a bigger chin. And that whole "overbite" thing. Roger's face was more heart-shaped. Brian had a bigger chin. John Deacon has an oval face. Mika's is like... If Freddie got drunk and impregnated JENNIFER LOPEZ.
Their eyebrows are differently shaped. Freddie's eyebrows were much neater - Mika needs to meet with "tweezers".

I personally think Mika neither looks or sounds like Freddie, or Brian, or Roger, or John. But that's just me. I really see no relevance to Queen in Mika. So why are we talking about him?
