Every day do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow
The very first I dont remember. It probabily was We Are The Champions. But the song that opened my eyes to Queen world was Dont Stop Me Now. In an English class our teacher showed us We Are The Champions and I wanted to hear that song again. I knew that there was a Queen CD at home so I looked for it and I found it. I fell in love with many songs but my favourite was Dont Stop Me Now.

We all knew the "We Will Rock You" 'stomp-stomp-clap' thing in elementary school, even.

But... I honestly don't remember ![/QUOTE]

yeah, in elementary school, the kids changed the lyrics a bit.

"We will we will rock you sock you pick you up and drop you..."

it's pretty vulgar for a bunch of ten year olds, so i'll stop there. lol
i dont remember, i was too little :(

mom thinks it was "a kind of magic"

(its sad i had to ask XD)
why pay the visit when the visit is free? "this shitty guitar wont play what i want! it only knows three chords!"
We Will Rock You and We are the Champions.

My family and I was on a holiday in Greece, and my brother bought Greatest Hits and my sister GH 2 on bootleg cassettes..
Chuck Norris never sleeps, he waits...
The first song i heard from them was Friends will be Friends when my 2nd grade teacher put it on in class but i didnt get into Queen until i was like in 4th grade when i heard Bohemian Rhapsody from my mom.
Mine was Liar in 1973 on BBC Radio 1. That version was later released on Queen at the Beeb (Or Queen at the BBC for non Brits) in 1989.

I found a very old 'pirate' soviet tape with 'Greatest Hits II' at the house of my hometown (Kiev/Ukraine), so it could be possible that I already was surrounded by Queensongs as a very little kid:)
But as far as i can remember, the first Queensong I heard 'consciously' was 'Death On Two Legs' on the ANATO album my father bought in 1994; I was 6 and I really thought it was an album with some highly original modern opera on it:)
