The Day of Silence is when you're vocally silent (no talking, singing, etc.) for a whole day to represent the silence that many gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people must hold about their sexuality. It is tomorrow, or Wednesday, April 18. Sorry that some of you overseas folk may already be in Wednesday; that is fine. You (obviously) may still participate, if you like.

Unless someone rips out my voice box, I'm not going to desist from singing in choir and life. I already have my own "sexualityness-related issues" and I don't need to depress myself on purpose about life.

XD Yeah, our stupid school board decided that we have choir every other day. -_-'
But, I went through with it. I decided I could at least TRY to raise some awareness. By then end of the day, there were about 7 others who decided to join me. Of course, how many who were doing it for attention, who knows. There were alot of people who were still writing notes and stuff. And I know I shouldn't really be online, but I accomplished my goal. Even the people who weren't participating were aware of what was going on.
It was(is) nice to hear people expressing their opinions, whether it be online or at school; whether I agree with them or not. :)
