Heres what to do. This requires a bit of effort from you, but doing this will also put you in good stead as well. Copy the youtube link Adam gave you. Now go to www.vixy.net and in the box supplied, paste that link. now go to the box beside "convert to" and choose MP3 from the drop down menu. Now click "Start". After a few minutes a link should appear that you can download in the normal way. Et voila you now have the audio, albeit in poor quality since it is already a flash file. Better than nowt though...

There's something else you can do... but this requiers maybe even more effort.
You go outside, go to a record shop, and ask for the single 'Everybodys got to learn sometime' by Zucchero... dón't ask for the CD of the complete concert, because it isn't on there. But on that single it IS. When the person behind the desk gives you the CD, check if you have the FOUR-TRACK edition, otherwise you may have a problem anyway.
This also could be done using eBay or online shops, you save leaving your house with that.
