There's "Backbeat" about Stuart and Hamburg and "The beginning of The Beatles" wihich is a TV film about them :P.

I love Backbeat - absolute classic film. I need to get another copy of the soundtrack at some point - I taped over mine years ago. The backbeat band has to be one of the best 'supergroups' ever put together, even if Dave Grohl's drummng is a little bit too complimentary to Pete Best!

They did The Linda McCartney Movie which I thought was ok. Two of Us is a little tripe. Sometimes I imagine it is John/Paul. Backbeat wasn't too bad, I thought.

In His Life and John and Yoko: A Love Story were both pretty good. Couple of inaccuracies but I didn't really give a flying flea kick.

There's a couple of others like The Hours and the Times which... I have not completely seen but I'm sure it's homotastic.

Also 'Give My Regards to Broad Street' has Paul in it and it's sort of like A Hard Day's Night. SORT OF. (not really!)

Paul would play Paul if they made a Beatles movie. Oh yeah. It's true.

What about Yellow Submarine?
I don't swim in your toilet, so don't pee in my pool!
Oooooooh, yeah. Onslow from Keeping Up Appearances did his voice.

And..the Beatles did appear in Yellow Submarine.

Well, there WAS a Sgt. Pepper's movie in the 1970's...but it didn't have the Beatles. It had various musicians and stuff from the decade, and it was a lackluster effort. Needless to say, it was dreadful.

Awesome movie that!!

George Burns was in that horrid movie...Sgt. Pepper's, that is. Et Steve Martin.
