I don't care about written, but I would love to hear / have heard Freddie do some proper opera.
I'm so slightly-worked-up about it because the guy at the book / music store said Freddie was on one of the "Pavarotti and Friends" CDs (also said Freddie would have been great for opera). I hope so. :P
HIVES.

i'd really like to hear what "Cold As Ice" by Foreigner performed by Queen would have sounded like. it has some great harmonies that i think Freddie really could have perfected.
hmm interesting. I never really thought about that, but makes me wonder.
"Head Games" by Foreigner would be good too...actually a lot of Foreigner songs would sound good with Freddie singing and Brian's guitar....
yeah, i can see that, i think the guitar would come out really good with Bri and the Red Special.

yeah I have to agree-that would be interesting with foreigner songs. I think it would be pretty cool if he could do a Journey song as well. Maybe something like, Why can't This Night Go On Forever or The Eyes of A Woman. Yeah, I can definitely see him doing a Journey song.

I'd acutally quite like to hear Freddie singing "Masquarade" from "The phantom of the opera".With all the highs and lows that this song has I think it would be perfact to show off his vocal range.
And as for somthing band-bassed maybe somthing by Metelica...Fade To Black, perhaps.

O, yes !
My mom thinks he would have been the perfect "Phantom" ! I always thought that role would fit him nicely - especially with Webber's "version" of the Phantom.
"Masquerade" would be interesting overdubbed - just him or with Queen / friends.

Teenage Dream by T.REX would have been perfect for Freddie's voice and piano playing.
I had a dream back in 1996 that Queen wrote 3 lions with badeal and skinner!! the performed it accapella on the pitch then went straight into we are the champions after England won Euro 96!! Freddie had black jeans and an England top on
like i said it was a dream

Elton John and Bernie Taupin´s Funeral For A Friend/Love Lies Bleeding from Goodbye Yellow Brick Road...
A Freddie Mercury- Lou Gramm duet would have been cool.

I'd have liked to have heard Freddie singing Maybe I'm Amazed. One of my favourite songs plus I'd be very interested to hear how he'd have handled it!
