I compared my all paris 1979 copies (VHS, Audience boot of Feb 28 and March 1st) with official RARE LIVE.
Tie Your Mother Down on Official "Rare Live" is actually March 1st show (wrong dated on RARE LIVE as Feb 28, Freddie had his HAT on!!)
but Tie Your Mother Down on this torrent is definitely Feb 28 show. (Freddie don't use any other hats!!)
Queen
venue: France, Paris, Pavillion de Paris
date: compilation of three nights (Feb 27, 28 and March 1st)
quality: EX SBD quality!
Lineage: low gen VHS (Using Sam sung SV-C633) > WAV (Using Sound Forge Ver 7.0) > Track divide up (Using Sound Forge Ver 7.0) > Burn CDR (Using Jet Audio) > CD Rip (Using Jet Audio) > WAV (Lossless Check) > FLAC
some site said this one contains only March 1st.
but it's definitely guess wrong.
I compared audience recording of two Paris 1979 show (the Feb 28 and March 1st) with this.
at least, without doubt, this is 3 nights compilation.
also you can easily notice that Freddie's voice condition are ups and downs. (because this one contains both first and last night ;-) )
but track order is just the same that March 1st show (though Typical medley, Love Of My Life, '39, It's Late, Brighton Rock, Keep Yourself Alive and usual 2nd encore are cut)
01. Thunderbolt And Lightning (intro)
02. We Will Rock You (fast)
03. Let Me Entertain You
04. Somebody To Love
05. Fat Bottomed Girls
06. You're My Best Friend
07. Now I'm Here
08. Don't Stop Me Now
09. Mustapha (intro)
10. If You Can't Beat Them (Join Us)
11. Spread Your Wings
12. Dreamer's Ball
13. Bohemian Rhapsody
14. Tie Your Mother Down
Encore
15. Sheer Heart Attack
Indeed, it's from all three nights. The bulk is from March 1. STL, IYCBT (the last minute or so), BoRhap, TYMD, and SHA are from Feb 28. And the little "good night" at the end must be from the first night, since it doesn't match the Feb 28 and March 1 audience recordings.
Thanks for sharing this one, but you transfered it with the volume way too high... so it's distorted. Can you please try again, while having the output volume lower? If you do it like this, then it will probably be the best version we've heard yet!
Also, why did you burn to CD and rip from it, rather than just converting the original WAV file to FLAC? The lineage could then be this:
I don't think you need to include track splitting and lossless check in lineage. In these days of sharing FLAC/SHN/APE recordings, it should definitely be implied that the recording is lossless.
So, please let me know what you think!

Thank you so much for the torrent! I've been away for a few days, but now that I'm back, I'll be seeding the following shows pretty consistently:
Glasgow '77
Mannheim '86
Vancouver '78
Paris '79 (when it's done downloading)

It wont go to vcd, its just a cd. I know there are some programs that let you play or burn flacs, but use 'Flac Frontend' to turn them to .wav, then you can burn to cd. I cant recall the exact site, but do a search on the name flac frontend and you should get a link right to it
