   Words cannot describe what a tremendous impact Freddie Mercury has on music, fans, and the people for that matter. Freddie is the real thing! He's changed the world with his meaningful lyrics and melodies, and raised the awareness of the AIDS virus in our communities. Unfortunately, he passed away at a very young age. However, Freddie is a genuine intelligent man, and which his legacy lives on forever changing music and people's lives positively! I LOVE YOU FREDDIE! Thank you for all the great memories you've left us and we will never forget you! Long live the Queen!

    Freddie- you really had a magnificent voice and you used it in a truly breath-taking way. You were brilliant in singing, song-writing, performing and playing the piano. I admire you for the wonderful music you made with Queen but I also love your solo work as well as the co-operation with Montserrat Caballe. As long as I'll have your voice on my CD's to listen to it'll never be boring. Right now I'm really looking forward to visiting the "We Will Rock You" musical which is coming to my home town Cologne (Germany)in November( I think it's November, isn't it?). I'm so happy about it and want to thank the people who decided to take the musical to Cologne. I think this Tribute site is a good thing and it's very interesting to read all the posting. Nevertheless I would like to say something, which some people probably don't like to read: I admire Freddie Mercury for his music but not for "everything he was" because I didn't know him. And as long as you don't know somebody personally you cannot really know what he is like. I don't want to say he was a bad person I just want to say that I don't know how he really was like- maybe he was an asshole- who knows, but one thing is for sure: he was a brilliant singer.
