I have been listening to Queen since I was 14 and I'm now 44. There is hardly a day that I don't sing something Freddie had sung, either in my car, at work, or even in my head. My sister and I were fortunate enough to see them play live several times while growing up in Montreal.... Thank you Freddie. Queen 4-ever.

I'm a 20 year old gay male who was introduced to queen through my love of sci-fi, like Flash Gordon and the Highlander movies and show when i was about 9 pr younger. As I grew I started seaching for more songs by Queen. I find solace in Freddie Mercury's voice, although some of the songs are older than me, they seem contemporary and speak to me on a deeply personal level, at times you can hear and feel a profound sadness, joy and hope all at once in his voice. The day that Freddie Mercury died the earth lost one of its greatest talents and heaven gained the lead singer of its choir. Although I never new him, he will live forever in my heart through the music that touches it.

Dear Freddie! I've before read some books and articles describing about how Queen were become and how you started and committed yourself to your career as a musician from the days of Pre-Queen. I've been deeply impressed to know that you were so adamant and did your best to want to give the proffessional stages even in the days of pre-Queen and even at the beginning you already had as much enthusiasm as you had during your career of Queen...I think you were already "Freddie Mercury" we all know. I've been also inspired so much to know that you were extremely ambitous and continued having strong conviction and much enthusiasm to be the rock star. I respect you for that. And everytime I read them, I'm always encouraged so much! I'll follow your example when I try and do my best to be what I once determined to want to be. Please help me and direct me in the right way. I love you always!!!

Freddie you were the greatest performer I have ever know in my life, I have now been a great Queen fan for 28 years of my life I am 31, I have just been out and bought the new DVD, every time I see new stuff released or even albums that I have not got I am still buying them, I am three albums short of the whole collecton, I even played your music at my sons funeral as the words meant so much in the song Who Wants To Live Forever. Take care in your life as you now live it as we ardent fans know that the Show Still Goes on for you. Good Night and God bless you Freddie you are sadly missed by all of us. even though i wasnt around when freddie was alive,(im 15) he is still my idol, and my insparation. their music is one of a kind there could and will never be another freddie. and he will always live on through the music that he has shared with us and in our hearts forever!we will always rember and miss you!!
