   One more thing,my asinine philosopher,you've been cutting a pitiable figure,if you were not endowed with a good appearance,nor a brilliant mind,don't be so bitter,even your young friends will grow up and realize what kind of man you are and undoubtedly they will go away.Believe it or not,i wish you well,as i do with all humankind.The end will come to all of us and it is always sad,we grow old, we get some disease and we finish our lives surrounded by pain and misery.Why cultivate so much hate,why judge poor CT,why suffer the hell of heartburning?We are all equal at the end,don't waste your life fighting the ones who apparently ate luckier than you,accept the role life destined to you,look for your piece of mind and be happy.I visit these kind of sites because i am working very hard at my doctorate thesis and you have been very helpful to me.And i must admit,Freddie's disease and his death were the decisive fact to make me decide for medicine,with specialization in HIV+ patients.If you feel offended by my job,you've gotta find a doctor as soon as possible.I can't help you,i'm not a psychiatrist,but i am sure there are good ones in Italy.THINK OF IT!

   Of course i know you for sure,my illiterate Philosopher, much more than you can imagine;i've been observing you and a couple of guys like you,i mean,with the same problem - for a long,long time.When i sat down here i was decided to wait and see what would happen,but something in you words,the same things you've said other times to other people,the meaning of them,they made me pay a special attention to your personality -sorry to make this anaysis here,but i think it can be helpful not only for you,but also for the other guys i've mentioned above -well,i've noticed that EVERYTIME a person shows inteligence or use big words,you feel uncomfortable and imediately launch an attack against the person,most of the times trying to ridicule,make fun of the person with mockeries,and when a girl showed to everybody here how pathetic and mentally unbalanced you are,what did you do,JEM?You've hidden yourself behind betraying nicknames wich revealed your identity all the time.You can not stand the fact that you are not the best!In fact,you would like to count for much,but unfortunately you count for nothing and you are aware of this.That's the reason for your inferiority complex,the root of all your problems,as you clearly showed when you said that i just speak to CT to exhibit myself.When i made the Hipocratys Swearing i promised to myself never let a sick person without help,whoever he or she was.It's what i am doing with you.You say you are Freddie fan,you love him and maybe you would give your life for him,isn't it?Have you ever took care of a person with AIDS during half an hour?Did you feel the terrible smell emanated from the emaciated and weary body of a human being,whose hopes are as dead as they soon will be?Do you have an idea of what means to be rejected by all your friends,relatives,husbands,wives,even parents?Is it possible for you limited mind to understand the stigma those people carry as the hardest bale,how needy they are?Stop bragging,face reality,your and our god Freddie Mercury experienced the same symptoms.What would you do if you had seen him the way i see my patients?Pain,despair, horrendous screams,putrid excrements and sweat,tears and prayers that will never be heard.Then they fall prostated,the disease draining their life like a speed race as they waste away...Death is a blessing when it arrives.No,i am sure you would give up of Freddie if you saw the people i live with everyday,every sinlgle day of my life.THINK OF IT!

   I agree with you Dr. Lucchesi,infortunately there is an expressive number of Italian idiots trying to command this site and when someone tries to mak'em stop they react with wrath,like the Neandhertal they are.But take it for granted,we have a healthy and intelligent youth here,people that spend their lives studying and working,improving themselves by all manners,these mental deficients do not represent Italy at all.You must know them better than me,and your "aching to them" essay showed what everybody knows, that the medical treatment isn't always welcome to patients,but it works.Congratulations for your work,don't think all Italians are insane like this riffraff you have seen here.
