    To my beloved Freddie, the "love of my life", I can't believe it's been sixteen years. It saddens me to think that I was born just as you were living your final months. Even though I may not've known you, I still feel your presence when I'm playing one of your songs on the piano or listening to one of your records. Your music has made such an impact on me, that will influence how I live my entire life. Whenever I feel alone or scared, your music always takes me away from it all and I can feel free.
