14 años sin Freddie y nunca se le había echado a faltar tanto como ahora. Nos han recordado de la peor manera posible que nunca volverá el que fuera el más grande y han ayudado a enterrarlo un poco más. Afortunadamente la auténtica ave Fénix es Freddie, y ahora que lo pretenden sustituir se alzan las voces del recuerdo que lo proclaman como el insuperable artista, cantante y frontman que fue.

I remember in the mid 70's when I was 14 (1975) going over to friends' houses and playing Queen all night long. What an inspiration you were to me in those critical days of my life Freddie. I have carried this torch all my life and it makes me happy to hear my 2 daughters (age 15 & 17) tell me how cool Queen's music is. Freddie, you had the most unique sound I have ever heard and your legacy, I'm sure, will go on for many generations. Freddie "You" are the champion my friend!!

It makes me so sad to think that Freddie died when I was just three years old. His music, his passion, his outlook on life all fill me with the greatest joy and knowing that there is not even a 1 in a billoion chance that one day I would meet him fills me with sadness.

I just recently got my first Queen CD for Christmas and instantly fell in love with it! I am honestly offficially obssessed with it! When I learned that Freddie Mercury died, it had shattered my heart. He is such a gifted singer and has brought light into (in my opinion) a rather dark world. It also upsets me that I was just about two years old when he died. I wish I could have at least been born in the early 1980's so I could have at least seen the full band in concert once. Even though I don't know him personally or know that much about him, Freddie will live on forever in my heart and I will joyously listen to his awesome, powerful voice in the best band ever: QUEEN! I LOVE YOU FREDDIE! *hugs and kisses*

Wow, where do I start? Besides your obvious abundance of sheer talent, you had the intangibles that many entertainers would only dream of. Your stage presence, persona, style and overall qualities were truly unique. I hold dear to my heart all the memories of seeing you perform live, as I was immersed in your performance at each show. The day you passed, I can honestly say I had such an empty feeling in my heart. I thank you for giving us all the many memories to cheerish for years to some.
