    i was once a lost cause, a leaf without a breeze to ride, then i met Freddie through my father's CD. ever since then, i have been inspired by his poetic nature and his neverending optimism and i have written many works of prose and poetry (some of which i am trying to publish). his joyful outlook on life has led me on a path of skiping/singing down my school hallways with a smile never absent frome my facade. thank you Freddie, you have made life worth living for a 14 year old in a public school surrounded by potheads and problem children. because of you i plan to do something with my life, writing, filmmaking, whatever course i choose i know it will be a path filled with the promises of joy and new experiences. you will always be missed, in the meantime, you aren't the only one looking for somebody to love!

    I was born in 1981, and just as a little girl I was listening to the sound of queen...and even today queen is a part of my live. I´m so sorry that I´d never had the pleasure to see queen live in a concert, but I think Freddie is still allive in all of our hearts. He inspired so many young artists, he´s just dead if we don´t remember him along! But I miss you, Freddie!

    I am a young girl, only 17, and my most vivid memory as a child was that of Freddie Mercury dieing. I was only three at the time, but I remember being overwhelmingly sad because the man who had made such wonderful music was gone. That was my first taste of mortality. As I grew up I became more an more of a Queen fan and grew to absolutely adore Freddie. The way he was on stage was absolutely amazing and it tought me that I should not be afraid to be who I am. I have always had a turbulent life, but Freddie Mercury and his music have always been there for me. I can honestly say that when I was 16 and very depressed that listoning to Freddie sing the song Barcelona stopped me from committing suicide. The song made me think about how Freddie died and how he didn't have a choice and that I should cherish the time that I have because it might be taken away from me. Freddie tought me to apreciate life, and I owe mine to him. For that Freddie Mercury will always hold a special place in my heart.

    somos dos chicas que nunca te olvidaremos a pesar de que hallas fallecido eras eres y seguiras siendo un gran hombre que sin ti nadie hubiera seguido igual. aunque no nos entendais por casualidad te quiero decir aunque no lo puedas leer que te uqremos demasiado y que nos dolio mucho tu muerte ya se que aunque no estes vivo siempre estas con nosotras en lo malo y en lo bueno y estoy segura, yo noelia de 12 años que en el concierto estaras con nosotras el dia 2 de abril en barcelona, y yo deborah de 20 años que simpre he estado escuchando tu maravillosa voz que siempre estaras en nuestro interior la verdad es que freddie, nunca nos podremos olvidar de ti. a parte de freddie tenemos que decir que los demas componentes de queen Roger, Brian, Jhon tambien soys mu grandes para nosotras. kises bay
