It is my birthday on the 5th of September and I will be 12. On my birthday I will try not to think of myself and only myself but instead Freddie Mercury and what I can do to tribute to him. When you read this you will probably think that I am to young to even remember such a saint, and you are right but at the age of 11 now I have listened to him and his music and discovered that there was more to him than his music, there is what I call 'care', 'love' and 'respect' for others. thank you for your music

You say Freddie is dead. The read these messages. There is not a corner where he and his music is unknown. he is one whit his music.I am 19 so I can not say that I knew him, but through his music it is inpossible not to hear him.Freddie lived and always will. I think even my child will know and love him. Freddie you meant for this country more than you think..

freddie mercury is the best singer there could ever be. i think that it is such a shame that he died it wasnt his time. i watched live aid and i couldnt believe how much power and effort he put into his performance. he is the best performer ever, he deserves to be remembered forever and ever and should never die in our hearts. he was kind and very generous and wanted to make sure that people at his concerts has the best time ever. what a perfect man. why did he have to die. why him. hope ur still with us freddie. live on. miss u loads xxxxxxxx

I am 36yrs.old.I have been a Queen fan since I was a child.I love your music.I listen to it everyday. There isn`t a song I don`t like, they are all good! There are so many things I wish to say,but I know I can`t go on&on.I am truly sorry for the loss you have suffered. It is sad when the world suffers a loss like Freddie Mercury.Of course there are the obvious reasons to adore him:his looks, his voice and his songs. But for me it`s more than that.I have great respect and admiration for Freddie. It took a lot of courage, strength and determination to go on with his life and career the way he did.And keeping it from the public,as well. How hard that must have been for him.I could not even begin to imagine how dramatically AIDS must have changed his life and yet he went on until he was gone.I also admire him for his HEART!He seemed to be a kind, caring&passionate person. Those kind of people are few and far between in these days!!He set the example of the kind of person we should all want to be!!That is what I think about Freddie and his life. But what I think about his death....I think that sucks big time!!!!He was too young, too talented&too good!!I read one tribute that said it was better to burn out than to fade away.Maybe so,but I wish he was still here, fading, like the rest of us.Queen will not burn out or fade away in my home.My 15 yr.old daughter,my 7 yr.old daughter& me&my husband...that`s 3 generations who love Queen!!
