Why must the good die young? From the first time I heard Freddie's voice in Bohemian Rhapsody, Queen became my favorite band. I will truly miss Freddie Mercury. Maybe we will meet in heaven?

Words can't to Freddie justice. He is like the true tao... it can't be put into words. I wish you would be still around, would make life a lot more interesting and enjoyable for me.

I think I first learned of QUEEN from my mothers vinyl collection. I remember being about 9 yrs old and loved to alphabetise her record collection. When I turned 10 I used to get a ride to school with some older kids and "Boheimian Rapsody" (not sure tha correct spelling) came on tha radio and i was shaken from my dread of going to school and inquired the artist, and once they replied QUEEN i was like oh yea, i remember that weird video with guys in tight jumpsuits lol. Then i was jealous my parents had a babysitter watch me whilst they went to the QUEEN concert in Wembly :( I busted out the old "Betamax" (if u can remember that old fashioned media) tape of a 'Live Aid' concert....hoping id get to go when i was older. Despite being so young and never even met Freddie I felt I did. And remember like it was yesterday crying my eyes out at night until i passed out asleep whenever he transcended to a better place. Now i'm 23 yrs old and I still bust out my Gold Greatest hits cds now n then and crack up @ "Slightly Mad" as i visualize the video. lol anyways If anyone reads this it may bring back happy times for you too, if this bores you....skip to tha next post.....:P
