Freddie Mercury was one of the greatest and most talented singers in my life time. He was one of those artists who not only sang but felt his music. The love for his music could always be seen in his actions on stage. Freddie Mercury lives on in my heart and, in my son's who was born the year before Freddie's unfortunate passing. We Love You Freddie

The first time I heard Queen and Freddie Mercury was when "Killer Queen" was on the car radio when I was a teen. I thought what an amazing and unique song it was. Then as the years went by I began to realize that this was one of the worlds great rock/pop bands, and that memorable over the top songs were the norm for Queen. I then had the good fortune to see the band live, and I knew that indeed they were the champions in the studio and on stage. The day Freddie passed away I was leaving on vacation and I put all of my Queen CDs in the car. I tried to play them on the drive to Florida, but I just kept getting really upset every time I tried to listen. I have since adjusted and once again can celebrate Freddie's immortality in his music.
