freddie is my god! and since i dont beliveive in religion, that is a pretty big thing for me to say! your music was brillant(well, queens). i love you and want you! not literally because i could end up in jail for that, but you all get the picture!

Freddie Mercury, the man whom I think I could say is one of the greatest rock singers to have graced our earth. Even in death, the words and sounds that you created during your lifetime still go out to us. Of course, we can't forget that your songs were all recorded with assistance of the rest of your band. Brian, Roger and John, you're all great musicians, very deserving of the title of greatest rock band ever, if I do say so myself. I sadly only got into Queen music properly about 5 months ago, but since then, they've risen to the top, and I see them as inspiration for myself. I'm intending on forming my own band in the future(as piano player and vocalist), and I know that these masters of rock will mark most of the influence that goes into any songs I write. The show must go on Freddie. You faced it with a grin, you never gave in, on with the show. You're in my thoughts man, I hope that wherever you are now, the sufferings of life are all gone, and you can really enjoy yourself. All your fans miss you, myself included. I just wish I could've been old enough to have acknowledged the existance of such a band as Queen during my early life. Alas, it wasn't to be. You have my undying respect Freddie, may your music live forever in all our hearts. "There can be only one". Rest in peace, King Mercury.

Dear Freddie, i was only eight when you died, so i never went to any of your concerts and don't remember much of when you were alive. I don't think it really matters. Thanks to you and the amazing collective talents of Queen, every day, whether i'm happy or sad, i can hear your voice, and the power and feeling behind the songs makes me both want to laugh and cry at the same time. This is a trbute to you, because of the amount of love you created, and continue to inspire. Bex xxx

Freddie, jag väljer att skriva på svenska. Du är den bästa sångaren jag någonsin hört. Jag är ett ganska nytt queen fan. men nästan ALLT jag hört av er har jag gillat. jag somnar till eran konsert nästan varje kväll! jag vaknar till "we will rock you" tuneren på DVD. om det är något band jag skulle vilja se live så finns det inget jag hellre skulle vilja se än er.
