Riffathon, the event backed by Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin and BRIAN MAY of QUEEN - intended to promote performing and creating guitar-based music - is inviting all members to watch the first and largest Riffathon Qualifying Round - this Saturday at Sound Control - London, Basement, Virgin Megastore, 14 - 16 Oxford Street, London W1D 1AR (nearest tube - Tottenham Court Road). Performances begin at 11.00 am.

It has just been confirmed that part of the first prize for the Riffathon Live final will be a Gibson Custom Shop 1957 Goldtop Reissue Les Paul - pictured on the left.

The Riffathon Studio competition closes at midnight on Thursday 30th June, so it is not too late to enter.
