Though not quite as towering as the mountains themselves, the vertigo-inducing IMAX screen hosts the tale of the perilous climb of American John Harlin III on the 6,000-foot Eiger North Face above Switzerland. It's the same climb that killed his father when Harlin was just a boy. It must be a guy thing. The film features music by that mountain of a man, Freddie Mercury and Queen. Through Jan. 4. $9-$11. Showtimes vary. 767 Clifton Road. 404-929-6400. www.fernbankmuseum.org.
