This "Heineken ad" was intercepted on its way from Heineken's corporate ad department on its way to Rolling Stone magazine for a surprise centerspread announcing Heineken's sponsorship of the upcoming Queen + Paul Rodgers 2008 European tour. The ad was also due to drop digitally before the end of Heineken's fiscal year.

3 Under Pressure Queen and David Bowie (1981) THIS song began without Bowie, and was called Feel Like (the embryonic demo's on YouTube). Bowie came into the studio to provide backing vocals and a jam session saw the song mutate into Under Pressure. With Freddie Mercury on high notes, Bowie on the low ones, and that killer tune, all bases are covered on a superstar collaboration that doesn't suck. Best bit: That introductory bassline - so good it was a hit twice (hello Vanilla Ice).

Pupils will rock with tribute to rock legends Queen
Youngsters put on west end show to raise aids charity cash THE songs of rock legend Queen will be heard at Elgin High School next week when the school performs the west end musical We Will Rock You. A cast of 50 will perform the hit Ben Elton show which is based on the songs of Queen and is set in the future, in a world where musical instruments and rock’n’roll have been banned. Performers have spent four months rehearsing for the show, which opens on Tuesday and runs until Saturday. Principal teacher of drama Norma Watson said: “We have so many talented singers and actors, it’s the sort of musical that we would be good at. “It’s a way of getting staff and pupils involved in something that’s not subject-based.” Proceeds will go towards The Mercury Phoenix Trust, an Aids c
