    It is rare, simply because only a few people are having this recording. IMO it has nothing to do with the setlist or that they played only a few times in Norway.

    My copy has also clicks here and there. It seems that most of the copy's from this concert are having clicks.. I did not listen to this version yet. If this is a clean version, then it would be great.

    Yes, there is a complete audience shot of this concert. Quality is only VG- and not that clear, but still enjoyable and watchable as it is in colour with no bad distortions, well at least my copy.
