I've been waiting for years to make a post like this. At last, I have my own domain, and a website about Queen concerts:

http://www.queenlive.ca

There is plenty of information of all sorts, pictures taken on specific dates, and cover art for recordings.

For now, I only have the concert info up to 1975. I still have plenty of work to do, but I'll add in each year when I complete it, so keep checking back!

I hope this will become some kind of haven for collectors, as I really have done everything I possibly can to document the information and recordings that are out there.

Hope you all like the website! Any comments? Suggestions? I'm ready for them all. :)

This site has a potential to become an excellent source of information for all the collectors of live recordings. I will definitely link to your site and I hope you will keep on updating it :-) Only frequently updated sites can have success because visitors often come back.

P.S. Small mistake in the javascript in menu2.htm - it should be "return true" instead of "returntrue".

Aha... I was wondering why that wasn't working properly. Thanks for your feedback, Martin. :)

Our sites offer different things, so I can see them working hand in hand.

Nice website, Bob, congratulations :-) Lots of work to do, I do not envy you. Posting watermarked pictures is risky in my opinion but I know how much you want to have them:)
I do not want any google ads here.
Thanks, Barbara. :)

Yeah, you're right about the pictures. I went to the Repfoto site, and they seem pretty serious there. I'll just link to their site instead.

Indeed. My site focuses on concerts and memorabilia etc. while yours will be mainly about recordings and bootlegs.

Btw. you should learn PHP and databases, otherwise you will soon get annoyed of writing everything in HTML. Trust me :-)

Now this is very good news! It looks very nice and great to see that your page is full with detailed information. This is going to be a great research for all collectors!

Concratz with your new website Bob!

I'm not at all a collector, but I think it's really good what you are doing; will you concentrate into the Queen recordings or will you too include solo concerts, and the recent QPR concerts? But it doesn't really matter, anyhow it's a great source of information, for collectors and for the non-collectors, too. Thanks!

Nice piece of work ! So I guess I won't get your list :)

Great stuff Bob. It looks like a lot of hard work, thought and energy went into it. Good luck, and I hope it ultimately provides access to more shows for you...but it looks to be a wonderful resource. Thanks.

Fantastic work, Bob! I enjoyed reading your Live Killers analysis again. The concert infos are great, too.

Being a web designer and programmer myself, I second Mr. Scully's point: try to use the advantages of a dynamic PHP website, it saves you a lot of time. But we all know: content is most important, so don't bother too much about the technical side!
... I'll be back again before it's time for sunny-down ...
Bob - super work. Once again, the fanbase is able to do a job that those in official circles appear to be completely incapable of.

Fingers crossed that the erstwhile Mr Brooks stops by there and learns......

Congratulations, Bob! The site looks fantastic. I know that you've been working extremely hard on this and it's wonderful to see your baby officially up and running. Here's hoping it has a long life! :)
Fantastic piece of work, congratulation! Everything is there, information, cover art (much appreciatet!!).

Well done, thanks for all the work Bob!
Great news at last.Pity GB didn't have this site to draw on for his books.
